Our associates work an average of 50 hours per week.

Associates are responsible for providing consultations (mostly by phone) to a high volume of leads with the goal of making them our clients. This job comes with a base salary and monthly (uncapped) bonuses based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultations to a high volume of leads and effectively make them clients
• Exceed benchmark conversion rates, percentage of calls answered
• Following up with leads
• Assist with some casework such as motions, negotiating plea deals and court appearances if necessary.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York (admission in NJ as well is a plus)
• Sales experience is a plus
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking skills and a detailed oriented nature to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
